This is Bea. She's something of a mercinary-for-hire but mostly just kills shitty people, like the man in the comic. She hasn't been caught for what she does, but is going to join RILCER at some point. (Mostly because she hasn't been caught yet.)
She takes a piece of jewelry from each person she kills, mostly so she can sell it online and . From this particular man (Her 261st kill, yes, she counts), she got an old class ring.
She's 19 years old and started her habit of killing at age 14. She has a superstition that she can only kill on a Tuesday, and only one person each time. She hasn't missed a week yet.
I'm actually pretty proud of this comic! I don't do them very often, as they're a bit tedious, but I like Bea so it wasn't hard!
